She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s in Public Health with specialization in Environmental and Occupational Health from Manipal University, Karnataka. She has more than 10 years of experience working with the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), Government of Nepal, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Her areas of expertise include health policy and planning, human resources for health, public health infrastructure strengthening, digital health, and training and capacity building. She has contributed to multiple public health initiatives focused on healthcare systems strengthening, quality improvement, and implementation support across diverse healthcare settings.
